For any of you who don't know, there is website dedicated to Micheal Larsen (Eyedea) which began running after his passing by his AWESOME mother Kathy. (Click on the green link below to go to micheallarsen.com.) I wanted to share this with all of you who are friends, fans, and even you who have no idea who I'm talking about. Micheal was a VERY good friend to me and I miss him and this website helps bring a smile to my face sometimes. Not too long ago I began to listen to his work again at peace. I couldn't even listen to his music for the longest time because it made me feel so damn sad, helpless, and I missed him so much. It sucked! I finally worked through that though and knew that Micheal would not want me to go through that, but he'd also tell me that I would have to do whatever was best for me. Some of you may be wondering what he was like as a person off of the stage. He was VERY caring, compassionate, intelligent, loving, understanding, loyal, funny, and honest. If you listen to his music, knew him, or only met him once, you know what I'm talking about. micheallarsen.com has a store consisting of Eyedea merchandise and Crushkill artists. In fact, I believe that it is partly the new Crushkill Records website as well because their site is not up anymore. It has news, event info, interviews, videos, music, external links, and some other cool stuff. It is a good site to be devoted to if you are an Eyedea and/or Crushkill fan and I guarantee through it over time you will find new artists and groups that you will also like that you wouldn't have otherwise found out about if not for micheallarsen.com.
